Let’s Give it a Try.

Need a few sessions, just a top up? Then this package is for you. You will receive a block of 3 sessions to use at any time for any group. *Block must be used within 3 months*

Grow it.

We have found that consistency is key. Join us for 10 groups sessions, knowing you will have the support you want when you need it the most. *Sessions must be used within 3 months.*

Monthly Membership.

Join up to 3 sessions per week each month. Know that when you need us, we will be there .

Just Give.

We all need a little help sometimes. As a social enterprise our goal is to create a safe space for all people to receive help at an affordable price. If you would like to donate to the cause, we are creating a fund to help those in need. All funds raised will be used to support others that cannot afford therapy at this time. Every little bit helps.
